Busoni Competition
Zhonghua Wei took 4th Prize, Senior Jury Audience Prize, and Best Contemporary Performance Prize at the most recent Busoni Competition. It was a big step for the young man, and honestly, he played well enough for even higher marks, but we all know competitions … still big congratulations. This result will give him time and space to work on non-piano things that will enrich him and ultimately lead to more fulfilling playing.
